Esame AgilePM Foundation

La certificazione AgilePM Foundation è una certificazione professionale nell’ambito del Project Management Agile. AgilePM si basa sull’Agile Project Framework di DSDM e fornisce una guida dettagliata su come gestire e consegnare progetti Agili.

Non ci sono prerequisiti, ma è consigliata esperienza lavorativa in project management.

Formato d’esame

• Lingua: Italiano
• Durata: 40 minuti
  • 25% di extra time se sostieni l’esame in una lingua che non è la tua madrelingua (quindi valido per tutti gli italiani in quanto l’esame è disponibile solo in inglese), quindi 50 minuti)
• Materiale: Nessun tipo di materiale
  • Non è consentito avere libri o appunti durante l’esame
• Domande: 50
  • Tutte le 50 domande sono Objective Test Question (OTQs), quindi quesiti a risposta multipla
• Punteggio minimo per superare l’esame: almeno 25 risposte esatte.
• Formato d’esame: online o su carta
• Certificato: Online
  • Il certificato online è incluso nel costo dell’esame, puoi richiedere anche un certificato cartaceo dopo il tuo esame.

Obiettivi dell’esame AgilePM Foundation

La certificazione Foundation ha l’obiettivo di verificare se il candidato ha le conoscenze sufficienti sulla guida Agile Project Management e conosce gli elementi chiave di questo approccio. La certificazione Foundation è anche un prerequisito per la certificazione Practitioner.

Per superare l’esame dovrai dimostrare di aver raggiunto i seguenti obiettivi:

• Comprendere la filosofia e i principi di Agile
• Comprendere il Ciclo di vita di un progetto Agile, incluse le configurazioni alternative
• Comprendere i prodotti creati durante un progetto Agile e lo scopo di questi
• Comprendere le tecniche usate, i loro benefici ed i loro limiti
• Comprendere i ruoli e le responsabilità in un progetto Agile

Il certificato AgilePM Foundation è valido per sempre, non ha scadenza.
