I define myself as a resilient woman, a real life warrior, with a lot of strengths but also weaknesses. When I started working at QRP I was a bit nervous, because this was a new experience. Hello! I am the finance Manager of the company, I work with data, numbers and cash flow and I like to talk about those a lot. More than I would admit.

I’m Sarah, I’m 23. I’m newly graduated from a master’s degree in marketing, communication and events in Lyon in France. After the different internships I did in Italy, I’ve decided to move in the gorgeous country and thus I joined QRP.
One of the best things about working at QRP are the people. We’ve got an amazing team, each bringing their own skills, passion and a real love for what they do.
Passionate about tourism and volleyball, I returned to Italy after an enriching experience abroad. - ROLE DESCRIPTION
The SEO / GEO Specialist bridges the gap between traditional search and the new era of AI-driven discovery. Your mission is to structure and scale QRP’s visibility across Google and AI platforms by combining deep SEO expertise with a strong understanding of content and data – while ensuring local execution for the Italian market.
You will lead the optimization of our digital presence – from technical foundations to content architecture – while ensuring consistent and high-quality execution in all our markets (Italy, Belgium, France, Switzerland and Luxembourg). Your role is to turn visibility into measurable growth, making QRP a reference source in both search engines and AI-generated answers. You will also be accountable for ensuring flawless execution of marketing activities across channels.
RESPONSIBILITIES
60% – SEO / AEO
- Defining and executing the SEO & AEO roadmap aligned with business priorities
- Structuring content for search and AI discoverability (semantic, entities, internal linking)
- Improving technical SEO (indexation, performance, site architecture)
- Monitoring rankings, traffic, and AI visibility signals
- Running continuous competitor and SERP analysis
40% Local execution (Italy)
- Update Website (Italian market)
- Writing and publishing SEO-driven content (articles, landing pages, updates)
- Managing and optimizing website content (Italian market)
- Responding to client reviews with SEO impact in mind
- Supporting local campaigns and events (with content reuse logic)
SKILLS
- Native or near-native Italian (C1/C2) with strong writing capabilities;
- Fluent English (C1/C2), able to work in an international environment;
- Additional language (French, German, or Dutch) is a plus;
- Solid experience in SEO (2-5 years), including content optimization and basic technical understanding;
- Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data and turn insights into actions;
- Proven ability to structure and optimize content for search engines (semantic SEO, keywords, intent);
- Curiosity and adaptability towards AI-driven search (ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.);
- AUTONOMY: Ability to work independently, demonstrating strong self-management and decision-making skills.

ROLE DESCRIPTION
QRP International is looking for a CISA and/or CISM Trainer (full proficiency in English or Italian). The Trainer will be responsible for conducting onsite and/or online training according to the QRP standards in all aspects of Trainers Performance and preparing candidates to achieve relevant business certifications.
The standards will be extensively explained and shown during the Train The Trainer path. An excellent communicator, able to explain complex subjects in a clear and interesting way, extremely knowledgeable in his/her field of expertise and possess solid consulting experience. The ideal candidate will be passionate about education, able to undertake a variety of responsibilities including delivery of training, leading students to certification and implementing Best Practices.
The goal is to contribute to the development of people’s management skills that will make them better professionals in order to meet organisational needs.
REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS
